At Wrap, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition and include all premium packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
